Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid services, if any, purchased directly from STAFF KHATA PRIVATE LIMITED through HyderabadJobs.online or an authorized payment channel.

1. Before purchase

The applicable service scope, fee, taxes, delivery format and any service-specific cancellation conditions should be presented before payment. Please review them carefully.

2. Cancellation

For a service that has not yet commenced, you may request cancellation by emailing hello@hyderabadjobs.online with your name, contact details, payment reference and service purchased. Eligibility depends on the service-specific terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

3. Refunds

Where a refund is legally due or approved under the disclosed service terms, it will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Bank/payment-provider processing times may apply. Fees for services already delivered, consumed or substantially performed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and the terms disclosed before purchase.

4. Duplicate or incorrect payments

Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once or an incorrect amount. We will review the transaction and take appropriate action.
